We hold firm to the conviction that every word contained within the original manuscripts of the Holy Scriptures is divinely inspired by God and consequently free from error. Acknowledging the Holy Scriptures as the ultimate and conclusive authority on all subjects it addresses (2 Tim. 3:15-17; 2 Pet. 1:19-21; Psa.19:1-7), we affirm the following beliefs based on this unshakable foundation:
GOD: We affirm the triune nature of God, with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit existing eternally as one true God. Each Person of the Trinity fully embodies divine attributes while displaying unique personalities. God, as the Creator and Sustainer of all, holds ultimate authority over the universe. (Gen. 1:1; Psa. 90:2; Mat. 28:19; 2 Cor. 13:14; Psa. 18:35)
JESUS: Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, assumed human form through miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit. He lived a sinless life and willingly sacrificed Himself on the cross for humanity's sins, providing salvation to those who trust in Him alone. After rising from the dead, He ascended to heaven and now serves as the sole mediator between God and humanity. (Mat. 1:22-23; Isa. 9:6; John 1:1-5; 1 Cor. 15:3-4; 2 Cor. 5:18-21; Heb. 1:1-3; 1 Tim. 2:5)
HOLY SPIRIT: The Holy Spirit is pivotal in revealing Christ and applying His redemption. Through convicting sinners, baptizing believers, and bestowing new life and spiritual gifts, the Spirit indwells and seals believers. Empowered by the Spirit, believers are called to demonstrate their faith through actions that honor God. (John 16:5-14; 1 Thess. 1:5; Matt. 3:11; Gal. 5:22; Mark 1:8; 2 Cor. 1:22; Eph. 1:13; 1 Cor. 12:1-7; Acts 1:8; Eph. 5:8-21; 1 Cor. 3:16; 2 Cor. 3:6; 1 Cor. 12:13)
MAN: We believe that humanity was created in God's image but fell into sin through disobedience, bringing condemnation upon all. As a result, humans are unable to please God or achieve righteousness on their own. (Genesis 1:27; Genesis 3; Romans 5:12; Romans 3:9-18; Isaiah 53:6; Romans 3:23)
Salvation:We affirm that salvation, the gift of eternal life, is received solely through personal faith in Jesus Christ, who acted as humanity's substitute for sin. This gift is granted by God's unmerited favor, or grace, without regard to human works. Those who trust in Jesus' sacrificial death, burial, and resurrection are securely held in Him for eternity. This truth is encapsulated in John 3:16: "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life."
